1. "JSingles" is the term used for this website and the events it promotes. This website is open to members of the Jewish community both in the United Kingdom and
internationally. However, patron is restricted to those who are aged 18 years and above.
No Third Parties
2. Participants who provide their personal details to register as JSingles members do so on the understanding that their details are not shared with any third parties
whatsoever. These details can be accessed and altered at any time by JSingles members using their log-in details.
Dedicated Use and Secured Storage
3. Any personal details are used solely by JSingles to alert members to any forthcoming events and to find potential matches. Such details are stored securely by JSingles.
Cookies
4. The JSingles website does not store user side cookies on private devices such as desktop computers, mobile phones and so forth. JSingles only uses temporary
session cookies which are stored on its own server and are erased once the user leaves the website.
Data Verification
5. Members who provide their details do so on the understanding that their details are true and correct. JSingles reserves the right to verify member details with public domains such as
government web sites and social media platforms. If a member has deliberately provided false and misleading information then his or her account will be removed. Note that the information
displayed on our web site is only as good as what is provided. It is up to any user to seek additional verification.
Agency and Avatars
6. Prospective members cannot act as agents for others. That is, no-one can represent somone else on the JSingles website. This will prevent unnecesary and misleading communications.
Prospective members also cannot register using avatars. Avatars are mere representations of some fictious individual, often with the purpose of embodying some philosophy or as a form
of disguise. The JSingles website does not entertain such false accounts.
Optional Information
7. Members are required to provide some basic information about themselves. There maybe optional information which they can also provide if requested by JSingles. Members are not obligated
to provide this information but the lack of it may impede their chances of finding a match.
Account Deletion
8. Members can delete their account at any time. Any corresponding personal details held in the account will be removed permanently.
Dormant Accounts
9. Members can also hold dormant accounts whereby they will not be receiving alerts of any forthcoming events or matches relevant to them. However, their personal details will be stored.
Account Access
10. Members can also access their accounts using their e-mail address and date of birth. At times additional verification will be done using a code sent via text message to their mobile phones.
Account Verification
11. Verification will also be required if any member wishes to change his or her personal details or to register for any forthcoming event. JSingles may contact members for further
clarification or to alert members to any potential errors that may warrant correction.
Anti-Abuse
12. JSingles does not tolerate abuse, harassment or any form of unwarranted intrusion from its members or from those enquiring about its activities. Members who transgress this will have
their accounts removed.
Account Viewing
13. JSingles members can view basic details of other JSingles members when searching for a potential match. However, members will have the right to block other members trying to contact them
using the JSingles web site.
Account Blocking
14. The JSingles administration does not engage in pre-emptive blocks on its web site. Any blocks are solely at the discretion of JSingles members whose criteria for a potential match will
automatically preclude those not meeting that criteria.
User Name
15. JSingles members can preserve their anonymity by giving a user name.

16. JSingles is a non-profit organization which is registered with HMRC for tax deductable donations. Anyone wishing to contribute
